If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Most orders can be exchanged or returned by email.
The policy begins when your order ships from the ship date. For example: If you place an order on April 10th and it ships on April 18th, you are eligible to ship it back 14 days from the shipment date of April 18th.
All items must be unworn, in the original packaging and exactly as received. The tag must be attached, no exceptions. If the tag is removed we will not accept it. If for any reason we suspect you are abusing this policy Perfect Lab Diamonds can reject your return request.
What products are not eligible for a return?
Orders outside of our 14 day return policy
Rings that have been resized, engraved or custom designs
All custom designs of any sort are non-returnable
Personalized jewelry
Items that have been previously exchanged
Any order that was altered while in production at the request of the customer
Jewelry that has been worn
Items worn, tag MUST be attached. If the tag is not attached it is non-returnable.
Jewelry without boxes are not returnable.
Return Instructions
To start your return, including unworn products shipped from any address (within and outside of the US): Email us here and we will provide you with a free label to return your order. You have 7 days from the date the label is issued to return your order.
Packaging your jewelry for return:
Place your jewelry inside the original jewelry box it came in. If you do not have it, your return is not eligible.
Place your Perfect Lab Diamonds jewelry box inside the shipping box, along with any promotional items that were included with your order. Include tissue paper to make sure the item does not move around.
Seal the shipping box with tape and cover any old labels or addresses before placing the return label on the box.
Write your original order number on the box or label. You will find these details in the email with your free shipping label.
Shipping back your jewelry:
Depending on your chosen return delivery method you must physically take the return box for drop off.
When dropping off you must get a receipt of proof showing drop off.
If no receipt is given and your return is lost, damaged or stolen, it is not trackable. Perfect Lab Diamonds will not be held responsible if no return receipt is available if need be.
Please note, it's very important you put the item in it's original box it came in, filled with enough tissue paper so it does not move around, and again in it's shipping box for return.
Refunds
When your order is returned please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of your item for your refund to be processed. Our quality assurance team will process the return to ensure the item is unworn and all promotional items are with the return.
Your refund can take up to 5 business days to process. Please only contact us if 5 business days pass and you have not heard from us regarding your return.
Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note: if you used any installment payment services we will refund the total amount and the installment payments will no longer be collected.
You have 7 days from the date the label is issued to return your order. Under no circumstance will we issue another label if you do not ship within 7 days and your return window closes.
Refunds once processed can take up to 5 business days to process. If you do not see the refund credited to your account with 5 business days please reach out to your bank for more details.
Comparative Purchasing
To maintain the quality of our products and competitive pricing, we do not allow comparative purchasing. Comparative purchasing involves buying multiple items with the intent of keeping one and returning the others. Orders suspected of being comparative may be blocked from shipping or returning.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchase under the same gift card reference code. Perfect Lab Diamonds is not responsible for stolen or misplaced gift cards. We do not offer refunds for gift card purchases. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash or credit.
