Free Shipping Policy

Enjoy complimentary FedEx, USPS, or UPS ground shipping on every order over $500 within the United States, with signature required upon delivery. At Perfect Lab Diamonds, we're committed to ensuring your purchasing experience is stress-free, which is why we also provide free return shipping. Please review our full return policy here. 

As most items are made to order, the time from placing your order to delivery will vary based on the item selected. We ship all orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS according to your preference and aim for delivery on or before the estimated date indicated in your order confirmation. Occasionally, orders may arrive sooner if they are ready. Rest assured, you'll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

For your protection Perfect Lab Diamonds follows these shipping policies:

• All orders must be shipped to a physical home address or physical business address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. 
• If your order is over $500, signature is required. Under no circumstance will we ship an order out over $500 without signature as a requirement. 
• Once an order is shipped we cannot reroute the package to another address. 
• We currently do not offer Saturday delivery
• If you would like to have your package held at a facility near you contact us here and we can set that for you. 
• We offer free shipping on all order over $500 within the United States
  
• Orders shipped that cost under $500 vary on shipping price based on location and weight of the order.
